Engedi Refuge is seeking compassionate, faith-driven House Managers to serve in our safe home for women overcoming trafficking, addiction, and trauma. This role is essential in fostering a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where healing can begin.
The ideal candidate is grounded in their Christian faith, emotionally mature, and able to balance healthy boundaries with genuine compassion. Responsibilities include supporting residents in daily life skills, maintaining a peaceful and stable home environment, and collaborating with our team to ensure each woman is cared for with dignity and respect.
