Engedi Refuge is proud to be a founding member of the National Trafficking Sheltered Alliance (NTSA), now known as the Alliance Referral System under the stewardship of Atlas Free. Alongside many other dedicated agencies across the United States, Engedi Refuge receives client referrals through this nationally recognized network.

The Alliance Referral System

This national referral system is designed to directly support survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, offering a confidential and dignified way to connect with qualified long-term housing programs. Regardless of your location within the United States, the Alliance Referral System makes it possible to access essential services for women recovering from sexual exploitation.

If you—or someone you care about—is seeking recovery from sexual exploitation and Engedi’s program cannot offer a timely placement, or our program design does not fully match your needs, the national Alliance Referral System provides an efficient pathway to submit a referral request.

Safety and Support

Every member agency within the Alliance Referral System is thoroughly vetted and receives specialized training to help survivors of sexual abuse find safety, care, and support. The national referral system prioritizes security and efficiency, empowering survivors to take their next steps toward healing with confidence and dignity.
